The technology suite features two state of the art applications.  The first is one that links 3D graphics to construction costs, schedules, and sustainable measures in real-time, providing tools to manage the design and construction process as it develops.  The second is one that introduces a revolutionary downstream estimating platform for construction document phase estimate development and management. This software suite offering enables General Contractors to be more efficient, while controlling project risks, resulting in them differentiating themselves from others in their industry, and enables more profitable projects.

Who is Our Ideal Candidate?

We are seeking to add members to our services and support team who are capable of providing the leadership and support our customers need in the implementation of the DESTINI Data Manager, Profiler and Estimator software suite.  Our primary customer targets are preconstruction departments within General Contractors (primarily ENR Top 400 firms).  Our goal is to provide first-class implementation services for new customers and second-to-none support for our existing customers, enabling us to achieve a greater than 90% retention and renewal rate for maintenance and support contracts.  Our ideal candidate has experience and exposure to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and 1-5 years working for a Construction firm.  Knowledge of construction systems, means and methods, and contracting vehicles is a requirement.


What are the Challenges?

  • Our users are often not the buyers, or the champion and must be "sold" on the value of changing a practice that has been around for decades.
  • Users often fail to see the value of the change (the value is primarily to the owner, but the results of that value benefit our client)
  • Preconstruction departments are typically comprised of a wide spectrum of employees with varying degrees of practical experience (construction knowledge), technical competency, and personality traits. Our team members must be able to demonstrate extra-ordinary patience and coaching skills.
  • Our solution requires new skills to operate the software.


What we need from you:

  • Develop customized implementation plans & strategies for each sale.
  • Willingness and readiness to learn the software, being open to changing and challenging environments, sometimes working with untested/incomplete products.
  • Learn how to position DESTINI Profiler and DESTINI Estimator by completing our base training class and being a able to build custom demonstration models
  • Ability to clearly articulate the ROI associated with implementing our solutions
  • Maintain a good relationship with our clients and potential clients throughout the life of an account.
  • Document and report all bugs encountered during use of the software.
  • Use Salesforce to track and report all interaction with customers.
  • Ability to create training material and other content appropriate for the services team to support the overall goal of implementations and support.


What results we are seeking?

  • Consistent customer satisfaction for implementation efforts as measured by a score of 10 on customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Professional and competent delivery of training materials as measured by positive feedback from customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Customer retention, customer M&S renewal rates of 90% or greater.
