What you bring to the table

Beck is looking for a talented Receptionist to join an extraordinary team in our Dallas AT&T Office.

The job involves the following essential functions:

  • Answer and route high volume calls and messages
  • Greet office visitors
  • Managing the security badging process for Beck employees and construction subcontractors
  • Prepare outgoing mail and shipments
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and distribute to proper personnel
  • Maintain and order office supplies and kitchen inventory
  • Preparing and maintaining internal lists, directories, and travel information
  • Keep project office neat and organized
  • Assist Beck AT&T employees as needed including but not limited to meeting and event coordination, data entry, and filing

Who we think will be a great fit

A person with a general understanding of administrative functions, a passion for getting things done, a positive attitude, and possess uncompromising authenticity and integrity. You will also meet the following requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 2-5 years receptionist/admin experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Forward thinking, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, intuitive, energetic, and focused on service
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Dallas Area Resident only (Relocation not provided)

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
