An employee at this level has 10+ years of experience and responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a single project or multiple projects. Directs and supervises work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain successful relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. This level has developed the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. May be designated the lead PM on large projects, integrated projects or projects of a very complex nature. At this level, the employee has developed the ability to successfully manage challenging and difficult client relationships. 

Qualifications for Consideration into this Position: 
1. Has successfully completed multiple projects ($30M - $60M range) where responsible for project outcome (financial, completion, and schedule) or managed multiple clients projects simultaneously in a successful manner. 
2. Minimum of two projects of successful experience at the Senior Project Manager level with a minimum 10 years experience.
3. College graduate

3. Identify and mitigate risks (risk management) effectively conveying concerns to the team members 
4. Provide complete oversight of the effective procurement of work: from bid packages to directing pre-bid 
meetings to the detailed analysis of bids to award to contract administration to contract closeout. 
5. Be well versed in client's culture and understanding of their expectations on the project 
6. Oversee and direct the work of their subordinates 
7. Understand the successful pre-project planning effects on the delivery of a project 
8. Develop business
