Who we are

We're The Beck Group, the largest and most innovative integrated building firm in the country. We are a team of designers
and builders collaborating to meet the vision of our clients. Because we are builders, we are more knowledgeable architects.
Because we are architects, we are contractors who better understand the nuances of design. We take care to consider the
context of place and purpose for each project. We are known for responding to our client's needs and firmly believe the spaces
we create should reflect the quality, style and identity of its owners and occupants. Whatever the project, excellence remains
our focus.

What you bring to the table

The Beck Group is seeking a creative individual to assume a leadership role in our Fort Worth office as Senior Architectural
Designer/Director of Design. The ideal candidate is creative, team oriented and passionate about design and construction.
The selected individual will be responsible for the growth and mentorship of the design team, expanding the presence of our
architecture team within the community and increasing the level of recognized design quality in the Fort Worth community.
Fort Worth, Texas is the fifth largest city in the state of Texas, with a population approaching 900,000. Proud of its western
roots, Fort Worth has long embraced the arts through the public endowment of art museums designed by Louis Kahn and
three Pritzker Prize winning architects (Philip Johnson, Tadao Ando and Renzo Piano). Founded as military outpost on the
banks of the Trinity River, the city is now in the midst of a massive urban renewal project intended to expand the downtown
living and working environment and reconnect with this valued natural amenity. It is an evolving city, with an average age less
than 32 years old, 6% younger than the average age of the state of Texas.
Recognizing this substantial growth potential, The Beck Group expanded its regional service offerings in 2009 to include
Architecture. Growth of the design group has been strategic and purposeful, based on our focus within the Higher Education,
Corporate/Office, Mixed-use, Religious/Faith-based market sectors.
The Beck Group has played a significant role in the development of the city, constructing a number of signature buildings
including Burnett Plaza, 777 Main, the original Tandy Center and RadioShack Headquarters, the Botanical Research Institute
of Texas (the first LEED Platinum project in the state) and the Renzo Piano Pavilion at the Kimbell Art Museum. We are
currently constructing the new Will Rogers Multi-Purpose Arena, home of the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
